Exercising on a regular basis can also aid in the prevention of acne. Exercise increases blood circulation as well as increasing the oxygen supply to the skin.

A very important tip in the fight against acne is to wash your face at least twice a day. It should be washed very gently with a mild soap. After washing your face, be sure not to rub it with a towel. The proper way to dry your face is to gently pat it until it is dry.
